Why it matters
The lottery system is the evidence here: a standard booster release is being distributed by invitation request rather than open purchase, which says the print run is not keeping pace with demand.
The product page now shows a "Request an Invitation" button instead of a purchase option, and requests are completed by pressing it. Invitation emails go to winners depending on stock availability, and one box of 24 packs is eligible.
The purchase button is gone from the product page. Pressing "Request an Invitation" submits an entry, and Amazon sends invitation emails to winners according to stock. One box of 24 packs is the eligible unit.
"Divine Dominion" is Vol. 18 and the second 4th anniversary pack. The theme draws on "Water Seven" and the "God's Knights," with cards for "Franky," "Nico Robin," "Gunkoukyuu," and "Saint Shamrock" revealed so far. Gunkoukyuu carries the top-rarity "God's Knights Super Parallel" for the anniversary, and newly drawn parallel cards of "Loki" and "Saint Shamrock" come from Yoshitaka Amano.
