Why it matters
The follow-up trades Satone's shyness for an energetic gal who needs watching over before a test, and director eiki says the room Shioi appears in changes with the time you work, so the app's pull is now her character and location as much as the timer.

The blonde gal Shioi replaces the shy Satone as the work-call partner. Director eiki of Nestopi said development started around August this year, with a release hoped for within the winter.
Shioi is the type who is bad at studying, and she started the work call because she wanted someone to watch over her right before a test. The Pomodoro timer returns, and clicking her face draws an assertive reply. The music has shifted from chill toward a more pop feel, and the illustrations come from Shimofuri of Laplacian, the artist behind Kugayama Shiori no Shisama Techo. Director eiki said sub-stories separate from the main story go deeper into Shioi's character, and that her location changes between the library and the classroom depending on when you work. A release within the winter is the aim, though eiki said he cannot say for sure.
