Why it matters
The fair is built around made-to-order sets and e-book bundles rather than shelf stock, which puts the anniversary push in the hands of readers who plan their purchases in advance.
Haruhiko Mikimoto and Kazuhisa Kondo will hold a talk and signing session on November 22 at Animate Akihabara, with tickets tied to preorders of their e-book sets.
Orders for the e-book sets are made-to-order through Animate, and the paid bonus acrylic plates ship from March 2027. Nine sets are listed, led by Yasuhiko Yoshikazu's Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin in 24 volumes at 21,912 yen. The signing session on November 22 admits buyers who preorder either the Mikimoto Ecole du Ciel set or the Kondo Giren no Fukkou set through Animate's online store.
