Why it matters
Sony is discounting the console and the Wolverine disc together at the register rather than cutting the game's price alone, tying hardware movement to a first-party-adjacent release.
Key Facts

- The packaged Marvel's Wolverine carries a CERO Z rating and includes early purchase bonuses such as the Classic Brown Suit and Mirror Claws early unlocks.
Buying the PS5, the disc drive (CFI-ZDD1J), and the packaged version of the game as a three-item set discounts the total to the sale price. Participating stores include Amazon, Bic Camera, Yamada Denki, Edion, Sofmap, and Game TSUTAYA, with prices and periods set by each store.
The sale requires all three items: the console, the CFI-ZDD1J disc drive, and the packaged Marvel's Wolverine. Prices and sale periods are not set centrally and are announced on each store's official page and in stores, so the discount varies by retailer.
The packaged game carries a CERO Z rating and ships with early purchase bonuses: a Classic Brown Suit early unlock, a Mirror Claws early unlock, a Technique Point +1, and four PlayStation avatars.
The eligible retailers span national chains and online storefronts, including Amazon.co.jp, BicCamera.com, Yamada Webcom, Sofmap.com, Akiba☆Sofmap, Kojima Net, Game TSUTAYA, and Edion stores that handle games.
