Kotobukiya is running its bishoujo plastic model series Arcanadea across kits, a smartphone game, and a TV anime, while its figure lines expand through the OSHI WORKS and OSHI WORKS Mini brands. Its joint venture VEID opened an audition on October 1 for a TikTok-first VTuber group.
Kotobukiya's coverage over this stretch is dominated by Arcanadea, the bishoujo plastic model series it is pushing beyond kits. The line added Eniru, a twin demon-type Dear designed by Nidy-2D-, as both a kit and a Grand Scale release. Then it moved into games and anime: Arcanadea - Gleam Gatherers -, the first smartphone game in the series, is set for a 2026 release with Saori Onishi as heroine Refilka, and the TV anime Arcadia is set to air from January 2027 on the TV Asahi NUMAnimation slot and BS Asahi.
The figure business runs on two tracks. OSHI WORKS and the new OSHI WORKS Mini brand carry the volume, with Attack on Titan, Trigun Stampede, Snowball Earth, and Persona figures spread across monthly release windows. The Mini line opened pre-orders on August 25, 2026, for figures priced at 1,980 yen. Meanwhile, Kotobukiya continues to re-release older items rather than commission new sculpts, including the Shizuna Rem Misurugi figure for April 2027 and the Steins;Gate Kurisu Makise and Dark Horn Harry Special kits.
The company also entered VTuber production through VEID Inc., a joint venture with Mujuryoku Inc. VEID began accepting entries on October 1 for the TikTok VTuber Group AUDITION, with entries closing November 1, and it supplies the 3D models and studio for the group.
