505 Games Announces Mayhem A La Carte, A Co-Op Cooking FPS
505 Games and INGAME STUDIOS announced Mayhem A La Carte - Chaos Kitchen, a co-op cooking shooter, on September 9. The game is an FPS where players work as chefs in a restaurant kitchen and fill a steady stream of orders while armed enemies raid the room. Players cook with a weapon in one hand, defend with the other, and can press cooking tools and dishes into service as weapons: a frying pan as a melee weapon, a thrown knife, bread fired from a toaster, a burnt failed dish that explodes like a bomb, and a cold dessert that freezes enemies. It supports solo play and online co-op for up to four players. Ingame Studios, known for the crime action FPS Crime Boss: Rockay City, is developing. The game is planned for early access on PC via Steam in 2027, with two restaurants included at launch.
