Bandai Spirits has opened or announced preorders for four ROBOT Spirits figures tied to Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ's 40th anniversary, all sold through the Tamashii Web Shop inside Premium Bandai with 2027 ship dates. The line covers the Quin Mantha / Queen Mansa in both original and ~Marking Plus~ configurations and the Enhanced ZZ Gundam under the METAL ROBOT Spirits (Ka signature) label.
Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ's 40th anniversary has become a ROBOT Spirits release slate. Bandai Spirits and BANDAI SPIRITS have placed the anniversary in the line's high-end channels, with every announced figure sold through the Tamashii Web Shop inside Premium Bandai and shipping in 2027, not at mass retail.
The Quin Mantha and Queen Mansa releases show the same design in two announced forms. One listing has a completed figure with a head height of about 230mm, sculpted under mechanical designer Mika Akitaka's supervision, with preorders opening September 18, 2026 at 16:00. A later listing adds the ~Marking Plus~ name, a height of about 260mm, a maximum width of 450mm with the shoulder binders spread, original markings supervised by Akitaka, and a price of 35,200 yen. The two listings give different preorder times (16:00 and 18:00) and different heights for what appears to be the same anniversary subject, and the stories do not resolve which specification is final.
Separately, the Enhanced ZZ Gundam is a METAL ROBOT Spirits (Ka signature) figure supervised by mechanical designer Hajime Katoki. Preorders opened September 11, 2026 at 16:00, priced at 26,400 yen including tax, shipping April 2027. Die-cast is used mainly in the joints, and the figure transforms into G-Fortress Mode. The ZZ anniversary material and Akitaka's marking supervision run across the Quin Mantha and Queen Mansa listings; the Ka signature branch is the other half of the push.
