Snail Shell has opened pre-orders for the RPGEX-10 Kunoichi Reppu 1/12 scale action figure at Rakuten Books, and its 1/12 scale articulated figure of Crazy Mita from the game MiSide is in development with a gray prototype set for display at Wonder Festival 2026 Summer.
Snail Shell's two most recent items are both 1/12 scale articulated figures, but they sit at different stages. The RPGEX-10 Kunoichi Reppu figure has reached pre-order at Rakuten Books, with a reference price of 12,430 yen including tax and a listed retail price below that reference. The figure includes three interchangeable face parts counting the one on the body (mask, serious, blushing), a movable eyeball gimmick adjusted with the included Gaze Change Mini Tool NEO, and removable throat ring, sleeves, and waist wrap. The back sash is cloth with a built-in wire.
The MiSide Crazy Mita figure is earlier in the process. Snail Shell will display a gray prototype at Wonder Festival 2026 Summer on July 26 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. The company previewed the prototype through photos on its official X account. The figure is in development and has no pre-order or release information in the coverage.
Taken together, the stories show the studio working on two fronts: a listed pre-order for an RPGEX-line release and a prototype display for a game-derived character. The coverage does not connect the two projects beyond the shared 1/12 scale and articulated format, and it does not state release windows or pricing for the MiSide figure.
