TOKYO Gaming-PC STREET 9 is set for October 10, 2026 at LIFORK AKIHABARA II in Akihabara, running 13:00 to 17:30 with free admission. XREAL will run a booth there with hands-on time for the xbx a01+ AR glasses.
TOKYO Gaming-PC STREET 9 has a date and a venue. ASCII.jp's event arm will hold the ninth edition at LIFORK AKIHABARA II on October 10, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM, with doors at 1:00 PM. Admission and viewing are free, and attendees can handle gaming PCs, keyboards, mice, and headsets, compare them side by side, and ask ASCII editorial staff for buying advice.
The event also carries a schedule beyond the show floor. A mini stage is planned, along with a gift draw using a large garapon and a keyword puzzle hunt around Akihabara parts shops. The format keeps vendor-neutral try-before-you-buy access to gaming peripherals in the district rather than behind a retailer's counter.
The most recent story adds the first named exhibitor. XREAL will run a booth at the event, offering hands-on time with the AR glasses xbx a01+, the first model from XREAL's xbx sub-brand. The glasses are priced at 43,980 yen tax included on the official online shop. The booth puts the xbx sub-brand in front of gaming-PC buyers at a hands-on event rather than in a spec sheet.
