Apothecary Diaries Game Sets March 18 Release on Switch 2, PS5, and PC
The light novel series now has a dated game on Nintendo and Sony hardware and PC, arriving alongside a third anime season and a December 11 film, so the franchise's release schedule is spreading across screens rather than resting on the anime alone.

Koei Tecmo streamed a gameplay trailer for The Apothecary Diaries: The False Imperial Brother and dated it for March 18 on Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. Players control Maomao as she explores, compounds, and investigates across the rear palace, red-light district, and capital. A Digital Deluxe Edition adds costume packs. The story follows Maomao working to uncover the truth behind the False Imperial Brother.
The trailer shows the loop rather than a cutscene reel: Maomao explores locations, mixes compounds, and investigates to close out mysteries. Koei Tecmo is selling a Digital Deluxe Edition with costume packs on top of the standard release.
The game lands on four platforms on the same day, and its story is built around the rear palace, the red-light district, and the capital streets, with Maomao's knowledge as the tool that resolves each case.
