Bandai Releases HG Ultraman 60th Anniversary Gashapon in Late October
Bandai is using the anniversary label to put Zero, Belial and original-series designs in one 500-yen set, which keeps the HG line's appeal spread across separate generations of the franchise.
Reporting from 1 source: Inside.
Bandai will release the HG Ultraman 60th Anniversary Edition gashapon in the fifth week of October 2026, at 500 yen per play. The lineup has four figures: Ultraman Zero LunaMiracle, Ultraman Belial, Ultraman (Type A), and Frilled Dinosaur Jirahs. Jirahs comes with a gimmick that lets you remove its frill. Bandai labels the set a special edition tied to the 60th anniversary of HG Ultraman.
The set is four figures deep, and the mix is deliberate rather than a single-era tribute. Ultraman Zero LunaMiracle and Ultraman Belial carry the newer end of the franchise, while Ultraman (Type A) and Frilled Dinosaur Jirahs pull from the original series.
Jirahs is the only figure with a stated extra: the frill can be removed. Each play costs 500 yen including tax. The release window is the fifth week of October 2026, and Bandai bills the set as a special edition tied to HG Ultraman's 60th anniversary.
- Ultraman Zero LunaMiracle: Listed under the Ultra Zero Cosmo Rise label
- Ultraman Belial
- Ultraman (Type A)
- Frilled Dinosaur Jirahs: Comes with a gimmick that lets you remove its frill
