Kadokawa announced on Friday that Toru Himuka's manga "The Eccentric Doctor of the Moon Flower Kingdom" is being adapted into a television anime. Koichiro Kuroda, who has worked as an episode director on "Detective Conan" and "Yowamushi Pedal New Generation," is directing the series at Studio Elle. Risa Mizuno, writing under the pen name Aki Mizuki, is handling series composition.
