Kinokuniya will sell the Suica Penguin Mascot Bag from 20:00 on Thursday, November 5, 2026 on its official online store, and from Friday, November 6, 2026 at all Kinokuniya stores. The item is a round-faced penguin mascot wearing a small Kinokuniya bag, with an eco bag stored behind a zipper on its back. It comes in green, red, and navy at 3,300 yen each, tax included.
The mascot is about 14 cm tall and 7 cm wide, excluding the wing portion, with a total length of about 21 cm including the carabiner. Sizes vary by individual item, and the stated figures are a guide.
Each color runs through the carabiner, the strap, and the small bag on the penguin's shoulder. Opening the back zipper reveals an eco bag printed with the Kinokuniya logo mark and the Suica Penguin, roughly 32 cm long. It folds back into the mascot when the shopping is done.
