A related work, Cho Uchu Keiji Gavan Infinity, began broadcasting in February 2026.
The channel posted Episode 1 and Episode 2 on September 30, with the playlist pointing to Wednesday updates. The series ran 44 episodes after its 1982 broadcast debut, following Ichijouji Retsu as he fights the space criminal organization Makuu.
Kenji Ohba played the lead, a role that sits alongside his turns as Soujiro Akebono in Battle Fever J and Daigoro Oume in Denshi Sentai Denziman. The transformation sequence, with the suit forming after the call of Chakusou, set the template for the Metal Hero Series, which ran in changing forms until Tetsuwan Tantei Robotack in 1998.
