Stellar Blade Teases Overwatch Collaboration Under EVE Protocol Name
The teaser borrows an in-game proper noun instead of naming Eve, which points to a crossover built around the EVE Protocol storyline rather than a single costume drop.

The official Stellar Blade account on X posted a teaser on October 23, 2026 for an EVE Protocol collaboration with Overwatch, pairing the game's plan name with Blizzard's shooter. Stellar Blade is the action adventure from SHIFT UP, the studio behind Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, and Eve is the protagonist sent to Earth under the EVE Protocol. No date or content for the crossover was given.
The post came from the Stellar Blade account itself, with the line "You have my attention!" and a link, and it tagged Overwatch rather than any Blizzard account. EVE Protocol is not a new label: it is the plan under which Eve is dispatched to Earth in the game, so the crossover is being framed in the fiction's own terms. SHIFT UP is also developing Stellar Blade BLOOD RAIN with a new protagonist, Evie, and the Switch 2 Stellar Blade Complete Edition is on the floor at Tokyo Game Show 2026. Nothing in the teaser states a start date, a platform, or what the collaboration adds.
