13Z -Thirteen Zodiac Chronicles- Sets Switch 2 and PS5 Release for January 14, 2027
Publisher Clouded Leopard Entertainment announced on August 27 that the action roguelike 13Z -Thirteen Zodiac Chronicles-, developed by Singapore-based studio Mixed Realms, will launch worldwide for Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation 5 on January 14, 2027. The price is undecided. The game is a fast-paced 3D action roguelike themed around the Chinese zodiac, where players control warriors possessed by animal spirits and grow stronger through repeated runs. It supports solo play, local 2-player co-op via split screen, and online co-op for up to 4 players. Players choose a challenger such as the fox sword saint, the crow that attacks with feather blades, or the panda with powerful striking techniques, each with exclusive abilities and growth systems. Co-op mode introduces more ferocious enemies, tougher bosses, and temptations that provoke internal discord among allies. The Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation 5 versions include Japanese and English character voices, with the full cast announced sequentially. The game is also in development for PC on Steam under the name 13Z: The Zodiac Trials, scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
