Pokemon Card Game 30th Anniversary Card Sets Hit Amazon Lottery Sale
Amazon is running a lottery sale for the Pokemon Card Game 30th anniversary product line, the 30th CELEBRATION Card Sets. The sale uses an invitation request system: the purchase button on each product page changes to a request button, and winners receive invitation emails based on stock availability. Nine sets are available, each priced at 1,200 yen including tax. Each set covers one of the nine regions from the mainline series and includes full illustration cards of that region's three starter Pokemon, two packs of the 30th CELEBRATION expansion, and a card stand. The sets are organized by region: Kanto (Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle), Johto (Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile), Hoenn (Treecko, Torchic, Mudkip), Sinnoh (Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup), Unova (Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott), Kalos (Chespin, Fennekin, Froakie), Alola (Rowlet, Litten, Popplio), Galar (Grookey, Scorbunny, Sobble), and Paldea (Sprigatito, Fuecoco, Quaxly). The lottery is part of a broader 30th anniversary rollout that also includes the 30th CELEBRATION expansion pack box and a separate Espeon & Umbreon premium deck set.
