AlgoX CEO Takumi Nishimoto's book on delegating work to generative AI released September 1 through Impress after hitting number one in six Amazon ranking categories as of August 31. The 192-page volume systematizes seven techniques for treating AI as a capable new hire rather than a tool, covering expectation-setting, work design, instruction, feedback, AI agents, organizational leadership, and performance. Nishimoto is a Boston Consulting Group alum whose firm reports support for more than 100 companies.
