Arctico Developer Reflects on 12-Year Journey to 420,000 Units Sold
Developer Claudio shared a post-mortem of the dog-sled Arctic survival game Arctico on Reddit. The game, once an early access build he calls an absolutely buggy and confusing mess, grew through pivots based on feedback. Sales reached 420,000 units over 12 years, including 57,000 units during early access and a steady climb after full release in 2022.
