Police Simulator Series New Entry Announced for 2027 Release

Publisher astragon Entertainment and developer Grip Studios announced on August 27, 2026, during the Future Games Show: gamescom 2026 stream, a new entry in the Police Simulator series, simply titled Police Simulator. The game is scheduled for release in 2027 for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, as well as PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Set in the fictional American city of Faremont City, players take on the role of a police officer, starting with routine enforcement like parking violations and littering, then unlocking more serious duties such as car chases, drug busts, and gunfights with armed criminals. The game includes over 50 missions, a cross-play-compatible two-player co-op mode, and a customizable officer. A notable feature is the police dog companion, which can track suspects, search for drugs, and assist in dangerous situations. Players choose from various dog breeds. The game uses Unreal Engine 5 and features improved driving physics over previous entries, with an AI traffic system for realistic driving. Equipment such as cameras, traffic cones, barricades, and radar guns can be unlocked and upgraded.

Bus Simulator 27 Arrives September 9 With Japanese Support and Expanded Open World

astragon Entertainment and Simteract have announced that Bus Simulator 27 will launch on September 9, 2026, with Japanese language support. The open-world simulator is set in the fictional Iberian city Felicia Bay, featuring up to 250 bus stops, licensed vehicles from 13 manufacturers, and first-time long-distance bus routes. It includes Unreal Engine 5 graphics, dynamic weather, management elements, and 4-player online co-op. Pre-orders are available on Steam for 3,850 yen.
