Bakuman. Is Realistic But Full of Lies, Amazon Festival Feature Says
Amazon's Manga Weekend Festival recommends Bakuman., the manga by artist Takeshi Obata and writer Tsugumi Ohba, on a 50% points-back sale for all 10 volumes. The piece notes the work feels like a half-documentary, but first editor Souichi Aida and writer Ohba have said much of it is fiction. Editor names were borrowed from real Jump editors, and the editorial system is a tool for realism, not a true depiction of the office.
