BAKUTAN Provides HR AI Platform To Mitsubishi Electric
BAKUTAN has begun supplying its HR AI platform, BAKUTAN OS, to Mitsubishi Electric. AI agents on the platform convert HR data held in different formats by each group company into a common format, supporting Mitsubishi Electric's Global Human Resources Information Infrastructure. BAKUTAN says the first stage targets a reduction of 60 percent or more in integration man-hours, with verification also under way on applicant-to-job matching for next-generation management candidates.
