Brave Police J-Decker

Good Smile Company opened a second preorder round for its THE Gattai J-Decker completed toy, based on the TV anime Brave Police J-Decker, on October 1, 2026. Release is scheduled for August 2027, priced at 32,000 yen. The patrol car transforms into Deckard at roughly 120mm tall and combines with J-Roader into J-Decker at roughly 255mm. Both forms transform and combine without parts swapping, a feature Good Smile had already staked out when it announced the toy.

That first announcement, on August 29, 2026, described the toy as THE Gattai J-Decker and dated the release to June 2027. The two accounts differ on the release window, the earlier June 2027 and the later August 2027, and the later report is the more recent statement. The transformation claim itself stayed the same: a police car that becomes Deckerd with no leftover parts, and a Deckerd that combines with J-Roader. The announcement also listed weapons, interchangeable hands, and gimmicks as included.

What changed between the two stories is timing and sales position, not the toy. The first story is an unveiling with a price and a target month. The second is a second preorder round opening months before the stated August 2027 release, which places the toy back on the market after the initial offer. Good Smile has not said how many units the rounds cover, and neither story gives a customer or retailer breakdown.
