Moon Crashers Co-Op Rocket-Building Adventure Launches on Steam

Developer Castello released Moon Crashers on Steam on July 28, 2026. The game is a cooperative action-adventure for up to four players, set on the Moon, where players take on the role of astronauts who crash-landed and must gather materials to build a rocket and return to Earth. The lunar surface features deep canyons and sprawling craters, and players explore using jetpacks, grappling hooks, and vehicles such as a beat-up buggy, trucks, and motorcycles. They collect wreckage from spacecraft and valuable resources, while also mining ore in caves and fighting red spherical enemies. The game supports online co-op, with solo play possible but not recommended. A failed weld can cause the rocket to explode, turning it into what the developer calls the galaxy's biggest fireworks. The standard price is 920 yen, with a 40% launch discount bringing it to 552 yen until August 4. This is Castello's third commercial release and their first non-VR game, following their previous VR titles.
