Waterpark Simulator Officially Releases With Multiplayer and Custom Slides

CayPlay released version 1.0 of Waterpark Simulator on August 1, 2026, ending its early access period and bringing the chaotic water park management sim to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game, which entered early access in August 2025, has drawn over 10,000 Steam reviews with an Overwhelmingly Positive rating, and its full release has pushed peak concurrent players to about 13,000, surpassing the early access launch. The headline addition is multiplayer support for up to four players, letting friends run the park together and engage in water gun and taser battles. A custom slide designer lets players build their own giant water slides, and the update adds new maps, staff, quests, and a night mode. A museum appears in the park as a preview, with three quest lines and a unique currency planned. The game is priced at 1,400 yen, with a 20% launch discount bringing it to 1,120 yen on Steam and Microsoft Store, and 1,144 yen for PlayStation Plus members. A demo remains available. CayPlay, founded in 2024 by YouTuber Caylus Cunningham, counts this as the first release from its indie game division.
