A collaboration between Magical Princess and Chill with You: Lo-Fi Story has run since July 27. The first is a daughter-raising simulation from MAGI with over 50 endings set in the Kingdom of Panteria. The second, from Nestopi, is an ADV where the player takes a work call with Satone, a literature girl who loves space, using a Pomodoro timer. The two production teams spoke with Game Spark.
Nestopi announced on September 9, 2026, the next entry in its work-focused adventure series, 'Chill with You: SHIOI's Sparkling Scenes,' and opened the Steam store page. The game follows the previous title 'Chill with You: Lo-Fi Story,' which has sold 450,000 copies, but tells a completely independent story. The new heroine, Shioi, is a bright, fashionable gyaru who is popular in class but tends to slack off when alone, often suggesting skipping study for cafe hopping. The player works alongside Shioi as she studies toward her dreams. This entry introduces real-time linkage: Shioi's location and time of day change in sync with the player's actual call time, shifting from a school classroom to an after-school library or her room at night, with the possibility of unexpected connection scenes. The game retains the previous title's tools, including a Pomodoro timer, to-do lists, and customizable lo-fi music and ambient sounds. The emotional distance between player and Shioi narrows as they accumulate work time together. The game is scheduled for release in 2026 on Steam for Windows and Mac, with the price undecided. A sale for the previous game runs from September 10, offering 25% off on Steam and 20% off on smartphone versions.
On July 27, 2026, MAGI Inc. and Nestopi Inc. launched a cross-promotional collaboration between the daughter-raising simulation game Magical Princess and the work-adventure app Chill with You: Lo-Fi Story. The collaboration adds content to both titles. In Magical Princess, the character Satone's outfit from Chill with You appears as a new costume called Literary Girl's Loungewear, and a new Study with Daughter function lets players play music while watching their daughter on screen. In Chill with You, a special story reveals that Satone was once into the anime Magical Princess and illegal bread. A Steam sale runs until August 10 at 2:00 AM, with Magical Princess at 20% off (1,584 yen) and Chill with You at 25% off (900 yen). A bundle with an additional 10% discount is available for 2,236 yen. A giveaway campaign on X offers limited goods: five winners receive a special acrylic stand from the Magical Princess account, and five winners receive a signed acrylic board from the Chill with You account. To enter, users must follow both official accounts and repost the pinned collaboration announcement posts before August 10 at 23:59.
Nestopi released the Timer Update for the work companion adventure game Chill with You: Lo-Fi Story on July 3. The update adds a count-up timer, responding to player requests for a work mode not bound by time limits. Timer customization features including sound changes, volume settings, and preset creation are also included. To mark the update, Nestopi began a two-day collaboration with Tatsunami, creator of Sukoshi Zurui Puzzle. New puzzles drawn by Tatsunami are being posted on Nestopi's official X account. Players can measure their solve time with the new count-up timer and enter a lottery for smartphone full version upgrade codes. The Steam version of Chill with You: Lo-Fi Story is 25% off until July 10, and a limited-time bundle with Tatsunami's Yuugou Puzzle offers an additional 15% discount, bringing the effective discount to 36%. The game is available on PC via Steam, iOS, and Android.
Nestopi announced on June 1 that its productivity adventure game "Chill with You: Lo-Fi Story" will sponsor the "Study with me" streams of Nijisanji VTuber Mugi Ienaga for the month of June 2026. The sponsorship is the first of its kind for a Nijisanji VTuber's study stream. Ienaga's stream format will remain unchanged, with no advertisements interrupting the study session; instead, the game's Lo-Fi BGM will play during opening and ending segments, and a sponsor credit will appear in subtitles. Ienaga said she wanted to expand the horizons of VTubers in a way she can. Alongside the sponsorship announcement, Nestopi released a free update titled "Satone's Change of Clothes" for the game, adding spring and summer outfits to the closet of the literary girl Satone. She will change clothes daily based on her mood. A 25% discount on the Steam version (900 yen) and a 20% discount on the mobile version (960 yen) are active until mid-June. A vote for the next outfit to implement begins June 2. New merchandise including stickers, acrylic keychains, and desk mats went on sale at POP @P SPACE -AKIHABARA- on May 30.
