Synflux Names Former Kering Sustainability Lead Christine Goulay as Independent Director
Synflux has appointed Christine Goulay, a former Kering sustainability executive, as an independent outside director. The move supports the company's push into European markets and adaptation to global sustainability regulations. Goulay led sustainable sourcing at Kering and founded Sustainabelle Advisory Services. Synflux also named Shiyo Takeoka of Goldwin Venture Partners as an outside director. The company won the Global Fashion Agenda Trailblazer Grand Prix in June 2026.
