Italy-based solo developer Alessandro Guzzo released the Lovecraftian horror ADV Cosmic Fear for PC on September 10, 2026. The first-person Unreal Engine 5 game puts players in the role of an investigator chasing cosmic beings through an ominous forest, drawing closer to a great ritual that is about to take place. It is the third entry in the series that expands the worldview of The Land of Pain and The Alien Cube.
