Haruko Ichikawa Sets Cosmic Mimimi Launch in Afternoon
The December issue of Kodansha's monthly Afternoon magazine announced that Haruko Ichikawa will launch a new series, Cosmic Mimimi, in the next issue on November 25. The "neo kawaii sci-fi" series follows Mimimi, who lives in a "cool" and "dreaming" city, and its goal is to make everyone happy. Ichikawa's Land of the Lustrous ran in Afternoon from 2012 and ended in April 2024.
