Cursed Gas Station Demo Hits Steam On October 14
Wisold Games will release a demo for its psychological horror game Cursed Gas Station on Steam on October 14. PlayWay S.A. publishes the game, which is set at a remote gas station in the 1990s and played in first person. The protagonist, Cole, takes a job and a live-in room from the station's owner and starts the night shift to rebuild his life. Players run the register, refuel cars, restock merchandise, and clean. Conversations with customers fill in the station and its surroundings. Across the nights, the routine turns less ordinary: strange talk escalates into arguments, and unexplained sounds and events raise doubts about the safety of the place where Cole works and sleeps. Players keep the job while asking about the station's past and the people around it. The demo runs from Cole's arrival through his first two night shifts, about 30 to 40 minutes. It will also be playable during Steam Next Fest. The full game is scheduled for PC via Steam in the first quarter of 2027.
