Bluepass Capital Inc. announced that a fund it services has invested in CyXen Inc., the operator of the nursing care, medical, and welfare recruitment agency service medica. CyXen spun off from For A-career Inc. in April 2025 and reports adoption results at several thousand facilities. Bluepass plans hands-on support for growth.
