Millna released the music video for the new song 'Dokonimo Nai Hoshi' at 11:00 on Saturday, October 10, 2026, with audio to follow on streaming services via TuneCore Japan. In the video she destroyed the face of DOLL GAL millna, a mask she sculpted in 2022 and printed in 3D, and rebuilt the fragments into 'Naki Ko no Atama Mono.'
