E Ink Announces Kaleido 4 Color ePaper With Doubled Gamut, 18fps Video
E Ink announced Kaleido 4 on October 15, 2026, a color e-paper platform with twice the color gamut volume and 50 percent improved contrast over the previous generation, plus 15 percent higher white reflectance. It supports video playback at up to 18fps. The first device to use it is Hanvon's M10C II e-note, which pairs a new front light with the T2000 timing controller. Japanese release and pricing are unknown.
