EWC Opens Its Qualifier Network To Outside Tournament Organizers For 2027
The Esports Foundation announced the EWC Qualifier Program on October 20, 2026, letting tournament organizers worldwide run official qualifiers for the 2027 Esports World Cup. Two routes exist: EWC Direct Qualifiers, which fold existing tournaments into the main-event path, and EWC Satellite Last Chance Qualifiers, open to cafes, universities, and game festivals. The organization targets more than 400 tournaments and 1.8 million players across the Road to EWC network in 2027.
