During the Nintendo Direct broadcast on September 9, 2026, Imagineer announced a collaboration between its exercise game series Fit Boxing and the sword training simulation Touken Ranbu ONLINE. The new title, Fit Boxing Touken Ranbu -Shutsujin! Exercise Honmaru-, is scheduled for release on January 15, 2027, for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. Players exercise alongside six sword warriors who appear as 3D instructors, including Mikazuki Munechika, Oodachi Yasusada, and Tsurumaru Kuninaga. The game includes a Nito Kenbu Mode that lets players train with two sword warriors at once. Continuing exercise unlocks daily episodes in which players communicate with the characters. The Fit Boxing series has previously released collaboration titles such as Fit Boxing Fist of the North Star and Fit Boxing feat. Hatsune Miku. Touken Ranbu content had appeared in Fit Boxing 2 only as BGM DLC from the anime Touken Ranbu -Hanamaru-, making this the first full collaboration between the two franchises. Imagineer released Fit Boxing 3 -Your Personal Trainer- Nintendo Switch 2 Edition on July 16, 2026. The upgraded version adds an advanced judgment mode, boost up, camera play, and local communication versus play. The developer discussed the series' history and the new features in an interview with 4Gamer.net.

Imagina released the Switch 2 version of the boxing exercise game today. It adds Camera Play, Share Play Battle for up to four players, Boost Up Mode with a BPM of 200, and Advanced Judgment Mode. A video featuring KENN and Hikaru Midorikawa introduces the new features. The Ensemble Stars!! Pack DLC offers seven BGM tracks and six T-shirts, with a free trial of two songs until August 17.

Imagineer released Fit Boxing 3 -Your Personal Trainer Nintendo Switch 2 Edition on July 16. The Switch 2 version adds camera play for form checking via USB camera, local wireless multiplayer for up to four players, a boost up mode that increases BPM to 200, and an advance judgment mode for detailed timing and speed evaluation. Owners of the original Switch version can upgrade for 1,100 yen. A special video with KENN and Hikaru Midorikawa was also released.

Imagineer revealed details of a user-participation X campaign for the Fit Boxing 3 Ensemble Stars!! DLC pack. Starting July 16, members of the shuffle unit Butokai will appear as SNS-exclusive instructors on the official Fit Boxing X account. The campaign presents specific in-game menus as missions. Daily lottery gives 10 winners a collaboration package. The DLC includes instrumental BGM of seven songs and six T-shirt designs for 1,320 yen. A free trial pack for two songs is also available until August 17.

A paid add-on for Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer will add seven instrumental arrangements of Ensemble Stars!! songs, plus six T-shirt costumes for instructors. The pack costs 1,320 yen and launches July 16. A free trial pack with two songs will also be available from the same day.

Imagineer released the paid DLC "Medarot Greatest Hits" Pack for Fit Boxing 3 on June 25, 2026. The 1,100 yen pack includes five arranged BGM tracks and three T-shirt costumes themed after the Medarot series. The content also works with the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 Edition.
