Fit Boxing Touken Ranbu Launches January 15, 2027
During the Nintendo Direct broadcast on September 9, 2026, Imagineer announced a collaboration between its exercise game series Fit Boxing and the sword training simulation Touken Ranbu ONLINE. The new title, Fit Boxing Touken Ranbu -Shutsujin! Exercise Honmaru-, is scheduled for release on January 15, 2027, for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. Players exercise alongside six sword warriors who appear as 3D instructors, including Mikazuki Munechika, Oodachi Yasusada, and Tsurumaru Kuninaga. The game includes a Nito Kenbu Mode that lets players train with two sword warriors at once. Continuing exercise unlocks daily episodes in which players communicate with the characters. The Fit Boxing series has previously released collaboration titles such as Fit Boxing Fist of the North Star and Fit Boxing feat. Hatsune Miku. Touken Ranbu content had appeared in Fit Boxing 2 only as BGM DLC from the anime Touken Ranbu -Hanamaru-, making this the first full collaboration between the two franchises.
