The G-Controller from Mobile Suit Gundam X joins the PROPLICA line. The key device reproduces buttons and expansion gimmicks, and carries three modes. Around 100 newly recorded lines from Garrod, Tiffa, and Jamil sync with built-in sound and light effects. Pre-orders open August 28, 2026 on Premium Bandai's Tamashii Web Shop, with shipment scheduled for February 2027.
Bandai announced on August 24 during the 30th anniversary program for "After War Gundam X," titled "What Happens After the After War? [August Issue]," the productization of the "PROPLICA G Controller" and the "METAL ROBOT魂 Gundam Double X." The G Controller, the device used to activate Gundams in the series, is being made under the adult role-play toy brand PROPLICA. It features three modes: "Story Mode," "Pilot Mode," and "Satellite System Mode," with newly recorded dialogue and BGM presented through light, sound, and vibration. A dedicated base for use with Pilot Mode is also included. In Satellite System Mode, the energy charge sequence is recreated. The "PROPLICA G Controller" will be available for pre-order starting August 28 at 16:00 on the "Tamashii Web Shop" within Premium Bandai. It is priced at 20,350 yen (tax included) and is scheduled for shipment in February 2027. Alongside the G Controller, the METAL ROBOT魂 version of the "Gundam Double X" has also been confirmed, with a painted prototype shown during the program. Details on specifications and release timing will be announced at a later date.
