Independent developer Noeno Games announced on August 18 that GRID/ (Grid Slash) will launch on Steam for PC on September 15, priced around 650 yen. The boss rush action game features grid-based positioning combat against bug enemies. A demo with two bosses and two weapons is available now.

The campaign includes bowling score registration, original photo frames, arrangement drinks, collab menu novelties, and a collab pack. Two stores, Machida and Sennichimae, offer collab rooms. From September 11, acrylic stands and capsule toy can badges featuring collab illustrations go on sale.

Good Smile Company is reissuing two MODEROID plastic model kits from the theatrical film Gridman Universe: Full Power Gridman and Full Power Grid Knight. Both kits are scheduled for release in January 2027 and are priced at 8,900 yen each. The Full Power Gridman kit stands about 165mm tall in its combined form, while the base Gridman figure is about 100mm tall. It includes four assist weapons that can combine with Gridman in various configurations, and all four can combine into Powered Zenon. The Full Power Grid Knight kit similarly includes four assist weapons, allowing combinations with Grid Knight and the combined form Powered Knight Zenon. The Full Power Grid Knight also comes with an attachment part that lets it ride the separately sold DX Dinozauron kit. Both kits feature sculpting by Caloan of GOD BRAVE STUDIO, with production assistance from TEAM NAVEL and Saka no Ryu. Package art is newly illustrated by Hiroki Mutaguchi, the heroic animation chief for Gridman Universe. The kits are limited to Good Smile Company's official shop.
Round One Japan will hold a "Gridman Universe x ROUND1 Collaboration Campaign" at ROUND1 stores nationwide from July 29 to October 25, 2026. The campaign includes collaboration menus at 93 bowling and karaoke stores, collaboration packs at bowling, karaoke, Spocha, billiard, and dart stores, and collaboration rooms at the Machida and Sennichimae stores. Customers who order eligible menu items or use facilities with a collaboration pack will receive exclusive novelty items. A bowling score registration campaign will give A5 clear files to men scoring 170 pins or more and women scoring 140 pins or more over two consecutive games. Collaboration prizes will appear at 100 amusement stores, and those who insert 500 yen or more consecutively into crane games will also receive a clear file. Special "Gridman Universe" photo frames will be available at ROUND1 original print machines at 98 stores. Original acrylic stands and capsule toy can badges using collaboration illustrations are scheduled to go on sale from September 11 at the Machida and Sennichimae stores. An SNS campaign on the official ROUND1 X account will give away goods to participants who follow and repost.
FURYU is accepting reservations for three Gridman Universe figures from its affordable TENITOL line. The lineup includes sportswear versions of Rikka Takarada and Akane Shinjo, plus a special set with interchangeable face parts. Based on newly drawn lottery illustrations, the figures are priced at 10,450 yen each or 20,900 yen for the set. Reservations close August 19, with shipping scheduled for March 2027.
Good Smile Company has opened pre-orders on Amazon Japan for two hologram acrylic stands featuring characters from SSSS.GRIDMAN and Gridman Universe. One stand shows Rikka Takarada and Akane Shinjo by illustrator Tridamono, the other depicts Akane Shinjo Chaos New Order by saitom. Both are based on illustrations from the COVERS collaboration project, priced at 2,520 yen, and scheduled for release on October 31, 2026.
New merchandise for the theatrical anime Gridman Universe will launch at eeo Store Ikebukuro Main Store from August 22 to September 3, 2026. The Time Slip ver. theme features the heroines in childlike forms, with newly drawn illustrations by character designer Masaru Sakamoto. Products include can badges, acrylic cards, stickers, and stands, with purchase bonuses available.

Developer quziralab. released a demo of Bloody Grids on Steam on June 8, 2026. The minesweeper-style puzzle adventure game is set in a near-future research facility where a girl escapes from illegal genetic experiments. Players infer enemy strength from grid information and devour weaker foes. The demo includes the beginnings of Girl Chapter and Scientist Chapter.

Studio Trigger announced additional all-night marathon screenings of the TV series SSSS.GRIDMAN and SSSS.DYNAZENON at Cinemart Shinjuku in Tokyo. The SSSS.GRIDMAN event will take place on February 28, 2026, and will screen all 12 episodes plus the Anime Mirai short "Denkou Choujin Gridman: Boys Invent Great Hero." The SSSS.DYNAZENON event is scheduled for March 14, 2026, and will show all 12 episodes along with the live-action short "Gridknight Fight." Both screenings will include talk shows featuring director Akira Amemiya, producer Tomoyoshi Asou from Tsuburaya Productions, and MC Naoki Koyama from Pony Canyon. Tickets cost 4,500 yen each, excluding tax. Attendees will receive exclusive illustrated postcards: one by Akira Amemiya featuring Akane Shinjo for the Gridman event, and one by Masaru Sakamoto featuring Gauma for the Dynazenon event. Random finger puppet FIXER BEAM color variants will also be distributed. Online ticket sales begin on February 13 for the Gridman event and February 27 for the Dynazenon event.
Studio Trigger announced on October 22 that it will sell commemorative merchandise for the upcoming all-episode screening event of SSSS.Gridman. The goods feature a newly drawn key visual illustration by director Akira Amemiya. Three items will be available: a badge of Akane Shinjo for 500 yen, an acrylic stand of the same character for 2,500 yen, and a black T-shirt with the illustration for 6,500 yen, all excluding tax. The merchandise will be sold at physical sales spaces at Cinemacity in Tachikawa starting October 25 at 7:00 PM, and at Chinetta in Kawasaki on November 30 with timing to be announced. Purchases are limited to one of each item per person. Tickets for the screening are not required to buy the goods. The products are currently in development, and final designs may differ from promotional images.
