After War Gundam X G Controller and Gundam Double X Figure Announced
Bandai announced on August 24 during the 30th anniversary program for "After War Gundam X," titled "What Happens After the After War? [August Issue]," the productization of the "PROPLICA G Controller" and the "METAL ROBOT魂 Gundam Double X." The G Controller, the device used to activate Gundams in the series, is being made under the adult role-play toy brand PROPLICA. It features three modes: "Story Mode," "Pilot Mode," and "Satellite System Mode," with newly recorded dialogue and BGM presented through light, sound, and vibration. A dedicated base for use with Pilot Mode is also included. In Satellite System Mode, the energy charge sequence is recreated. The "PROPLICA G Controller" will be available for pre-order starting August 28 at 16:00 on the "Tamashii Web Shop" within Premium Bandai. It is priced at 20,350 yen (tax included) and is scheduled for shipment in February 2027. Alongside the G Controller, the METAL ROBOT魂 version of the "Gundam Double X" has also been confirmed, with a painted prototype shown during the program. Details on specifications and release timing will be announced at a later date.
