Iha Rai is a Nijisanji VTuber who plays Street Fighter 6 at High Master rank. He is slated to provide commentary for episodes 14 to 19 of the Street Fighter USA relay broadcast on September 24 and October 1, 2026.
Iha Rai appears in Yomimono coverage through two Nijisanji events booked for fall 2026, both of which run on Niconico platforms. Each places him in a lineup with other members of the group, and neither names him as a solo headliner.
On July 27, Dwango announced that four Nijisanji VTubers will host a four-week relay commentary for the anime Street Fighter USA on Nico Nico Live. The program runs September 17 to October 8, 2026, every Thursday at 20:00. Iha Rai handles episodes 14 to 19, alongside Hyakumantenbara Salome on episodes 1 to 7, Kuzuha on 8 to 13, and Saeki Ittetsu on 20 to 26. All four play Street Fighter 6, with Iha Rai at High Master rank and Kuzuha at Ultimate Master. The participants will watch the series fresh, without prior viewing or information, with the anime footage and their reactions shown on one screen. Street Fighter USA aired in the US in the 1990s and was never broadcast or released on home video in Japan. It became available on streaming services in 2021.
On October 1, Dwango named the first real live performance by MECHATU-A, an eight-member male unit from Nijisanji. The event, "MECHATU-A 1st LIVE "Over Drive!"", takes place at K Arena Yokohama on October 10, 2026, with a 16:30 open and 18:00 start. It streams on Niconico Live Broadcasting, with songs from the unit's first mini album "On-Deck!", released in July 2026. Main stream tickets cost 6,500 yen before fees, or 10,500 yen with an acrylic diorama bonus. A free opening portion, a 16:45 pre-show, and a post-live impressions broadcast are planned; both broadcasts stream on Niconico.
The two stories do not state whether Iha Rai is one of the eight MECHATU-A members, so the unit's live is covered here only as an event he may be part of. What the stories establish is a commentary slot on a vintage anime relay and the booking of a MECHATU-A real live, both on Niconico and both set for the same October stretch.

Dwango announced on July 27 that four Nijisanji VTubers will host a four-week relay live commentary for the TV anime Street Fighter USA on Nico Nico Live. The program, titled 'Nijisanji × Anime Street Fighter USA All 26 Episodes Relay Live Commentary,' runs from September 17 to October 8, 2026, every Thursday at 20:00. The participants are Hyakumantenbara Salome (episodes 1-7), Kuzuha (episodes 8-13), Iha Rai (episodes 14-19), and Saeki Ittetsu (episodes 20-26). All four are known for playing Street Fighter 6, with Kuzuha reaching Ultimate Master rank and Iha Rai at High Master. Street Fighter USA aired in the US in the 1990s and was long considered a 'phantom title' in Japan because it was never broadcast or released on home video there; it became available on streaming services in 2021. The VTubers will watch the series fresh, without prior viewing or information. The broadcast will show the anime footage alongside the VTubers' reactions on one screen. A follow-and-repost campaign on the Nico Nico VTuber official X account offers prizes. Kuzuha commented that he wants to learn character matchups by watching the anime to raise his rank.
