One Piece Season 3 Adds Koza, Chaka, Pell, Toto Cast
The live-action One Piece series announced four new cast members for its third season, The Battle of Alabasta, during the One Piece Day '26 livestream event on Sunday. Emilio Sakraya will play Koza, Omid Abtahi plays Toto, Nabeel Khan plays Chaka, and Jamie Ward plays Pell. These characters are residents of the Alabasta kingdom, a setting that becomes central as the season adapts the manga's Alabasta arc and introduces Crocodile as a major antagonist. The third season is scheduled to debut on Netflix in 2027. Earlier cast announcements for the season include Cole Escola as Bon Clay, Xolo Maridueña as Portgas D. Ace, Awdo Awdo as Mr. 1, and Daisy Head as Miss Doublefinger. Ian Stokes and Joe Tracz serve as co-showrunners, writers, and executive producers for the third season. Filming for the season wrapped in June, according to Anime Corner. The announcement came at the end of the event, following the reveal of the second worldwide character poll results, in which Luffy ranked first.
