GameDEVA's Jeremy Lam: Hong Kong Studios Need a Non-Profit Bridge to the World
GameDEVA chairman Jeremy Lam, who also runs mobile studio PIXIO, told 4Gamer at ChinaJoy 2026 that Hong Kong's roughly 40 to 50 game studios are mostly small and struggle to reach outside markets. It does not touch development. Its Hong Kong Pavilion, subsidized by CCIDAHK, is the second such setup.
