Kaeka Co., Ltd., operator of the speech training service kaeka, will participate as a host company in Tokyo's TOKYO Junior High and High School Job Experience Site Job EX program for summer 2026. The program, run by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government under the Kodomo Smile Movement, matches students with companies for realistic job experience. Kaeka aims to raise awareness of the speech trainer profession, help students acquire portable skills like presentation and logical thinking, and advance its vision of introducing communication learning into compulsory education.
