Moving Yokai Exhibition Opens in Kagoshima for First Kyushu Landing
The Moving Yokai Exhibition KAGOSHIMA, an immersive digital art museum featuring yokai art from the Edo and Meiji periods, opens July 3 at the Kagoshima Prefectural History and Art Center Reimeikan. The exhibition uses 3DCG, projection mapping, and holographic screens to bring yokai to life. It previously ran in Nagoya and Tokyo, attracting over 200,000 visitors. The Kagoshima run is the first in Kyushu and runs through August 31.
