Byside Appoints Kunihiro Okamoto as Outside Director
Byside Inc., an M&A advisory firm focused on buyer-side companies, appointed Kunihiro Okamoto as an outside director effective September 15, 2026. Okamoto has served as CTO in the human resources business domain, most recently as VP of Engineering at PERSOLKELLY since April 2025, and the company expects his work on system development, AI use, and DX promotion to improve its management foundation.
