G-MODE Archives+ Revives Lost Savior for Switch and Steam
G-MODE announced on October 14 that Lost Savior joins its G-MODE Archives+ revival line, with the Nintendo Switch version out October 15 and the Steam version set for October 28. The price is 800 yen including tax, and the supported language is Japanese only. The original Lost Savior was a fantasy RPG that Bandai Namco Games published in 2010 as a feature phone title, following in the lineage of Lost Chronicle. It is set in a world that has reached the time of its destruction, where the protagonist uncovers the secret of his own birth while traveling to save that world. The game spans 25 countries and regions plus the demon world, spirit world, and divine world, with total play time above 60 hours, 1,000 item types, more than 200 monster types, 19 jobs including Fighter and Priest, and roughly 300 synthesis recipes. Up to three characters fight at once, and towns level up through guild requests. G-MODE describes the project as a faithful reproduction of feature phone apps on current consoles.
