Medteria Raises 140 Million Yen To Expand Medical Communication Cloud
Medteria Inc. raised 140 million yen through a third-party allotment of shares worth 100 million yen and a 40 million yen capital loan from the Japan Finance Corporation, bringing cumulative funding to 240 million yen. The Fukuoka-based company will put the money into product development for its medical communication cloud, used by roughly 60,000 healthcare professionals and medical students, and into B2B work including recruiting support, ad delivery, and research and marketing support.
