Gundam Base Annex Store Opens at BHCPDII Museum on September 2
BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division announced on August 19 that THE GUNDAM BASE ANNEX in BHCPDII MUSEUM will open on September 2, 2026, inside the BHCPDII MUSEUM at the new Bandai Hobby Center factory in Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The store commemorates the museum's first anniversary and will sell Gunpla, apparel, goods, and snacks. Previously, BHCPDII Limited Gunpla was sold online only to museum visitors; now it will be available in-store. A separate BHCPDII MUSEUM SHOP will sell goods featuring the museum logo. To mark the opening, BANDAI SPIRITS will release MG 1/100 Shin Musha Gundam [BHCPDII Color] at 5,800 yen (tax included), featuring changed molding colors, plated blades, and real metallic gloss injection for silver parts. Haropla Haro Basic Green [BHCPDII Package Ver.] will also be released at 550 yen (tax included), with only the package being a limited design. Other products include ENTRY GRADE 1/144 RX-78-2 Gundam (Full Weapon Set) [BHCPDII Color] at 1,430 yen, MG 1/100 Strike Freedom Gundam [Recirculation Color / Neon Blue] at 6,050 yen, and MG 1/100 Gundam Base Limited RX-78-3 G-3 Gundam Ver.3.0 at 5,800 yen. The store is accessible only to museum visitors, operates from 9:00 to 17:30, and is cashless. Admission for ages 13 and over is 2,860 yen; children 12 and under enter free during a limited-time campaign starting September 2.
