Machine Party Surpasses 1 Million Sales, Adds Local Co-Op
Oro Interactive announced on August 13, 2026 that Machine Party, the latest work from Buckshot Roulette creator Mike Klubnika, has surpassed 1 million copies sold. The game, developed with GDeavid, is a violent party game for 2 to 4 players that includes 15 mini-games where failure leads to death. It was released on July 30 and reached the milestone in about two weeks. Alongside the sales announcement, version 2.0 added local co-op, which also enables pseudo-online multiplayer through Remote Play Together. The game has 2,718 reviews on Steam with 87% positive ratings, earning a 'Very Positive' status, and its 24-hour concurrent player count exceeded about 10,000 at the time of writing. Machine Party offers a story mode and a free selection of mini-games that test reaction speed, calm judgment, and mutual trust, sometimes requiring players to pretend to cooperate before betraying others. The update also includes bug fixes and various adjustments, making the game easier to enjoy with family and friends during the Obon holiday.
