Gundam ZZ Gets 40th Anniversary Aloha Shirts From STRICT-G
Bandai's apparel line STRICT-G is releasing two aloha shirt designs for the 40th anniversary of Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ. The shirts feature all-over prints of the ZZ Gundam and the Qubeley Mk-II, each with faction logos from the AEUG and Neo Zeon. Made from lightweight rayon, they are priced at 16,500 yen each and come in sizes M through XXL. Pre-orders opened on Premium Bandai on May 29, 2026, and will run until June 14. General in-store sales begin June 13 at STRICT-G locations including Tokyo Odaiba and Tokyo Solamachi. The shirts commemorate the series that aired from March 1986 to January 1987 as a direct sequel to Mobile Suit Z Gundam, depicting the First Neo Zeon War.
